PRA Health Sciences is enormously proud to be named one of America’s Best Large Employers for 2021 by global media company Forbes. This recognition is based entirely on employee feedback.
Forbes teamed with market research company Statista to identify the companies most liked by employees for its annual ranking of America’s best employers. The employers were selected based on an independent survey. Around 50,000 employees in 25 different industries working for companies with at least 1,000 employed in their U.S. locations were asked open-ended questions regarding their employer. The evaluation was based on direct recommendations, where employees were asked to rate their willingness to recommend their own organizations, as well as indirect recommendations, where participants were asked to evaluate other companies in their respective industries.

PRA comes in at an impressive ranking of #168 on the list of America’s Best Large Employers for 2021. We are the only contract research organization (CRO) to make the list, and also earned the distinction of ranking #7 out of more than 20 companies in the Drugs and Biotechnology category.
"It is a privilege to be recognized as one of America’s Best Employers,” said Glenn Sward, Vice President, Talent Acquisition at PRA. “We are committed to providing an environment in which our employees feel welcome, appreciated, and ready to perform meaningful work. This award from Forbes illustrates why those in the life sciences want to be a part this world-class team, and why our employees value their experience with PRA.”
This latest recognition fromForbes continues PRA’s winning streak of awards and accolades based solely on our employees’ on-the-job experiences and their firsthand feedback.
